We are looking for a talented individual to develop new technologies and processes for backend related tasks, specifically for plating, resist stripping and wet etching processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Building an optimal process flow that ensures compatibility and efficiency with existing processes during the introduction of new technologies.
- Implementing appropriate inspections in each process to ensure stable yield, characteristics and reliability, and setting target and specifications.
- Analyzing yield data, identifying root causes, and promoting process optimization and variability improvement activities.
- Collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and frontend development members to resolve technical issues.
- Setting and verifying design rules.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a technical professional in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of wet processes (plating, resist stripping and wet etching, plating and stripping solutions, etching solutions, etc.) in electronics and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Basic business IT skills, including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in building and optimizing process flows, including establishing measurement methods, and designing process structures in electronics and semiconductor devices.
- Experience in developing new processes and products in electronics and semiconductor devices.
- Experience in clean room work and handling various measurements (CD-SEM, film thickness measurement, etc.).
- Experience in using various analysis tools, such as Exensio and JMP, for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and presentation skills in English.
