We are looking for a talented individual to develop new technologies and processes related to backend, primarily responsible for automated optical inspection (AOI) and Metrology engineering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building optimal process flows that ensure compatibility and efficiency with existing processes during the introduction of new technologies.
- Implementing appropriate inspections and setting targets and specifications in each process to ensure stable yield, characteristics and reliability.
- Analyzing yield data, identifying root causes and promoting process optimization and variability improvement activities.
- Collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, quality assurance and frontend development members to resolve technical issues.
- Setting and verifying design rules.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a technical professional in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of automated optical inspection (AOI), Metrology engineering (or related equipment) in electronics and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Basic business IT skills, including Windows, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in building and optimizing process flows, including establishing measurement methods, and designing process structures in electronics and semiconductor devices.
- Experience in developing new processes and products in electronics and semiconductor devices.
- Experience in clean room work and handling various measurements (CD-SEM, film thickness measurement, etc.).
- Experience in using various analysis tools, such as Exensio and JMP, for various data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, including written English and presentation abilities.
