Job Summary:
• Develop new BAW filter process development with responsibilities including AOI and Metrology engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Determine necessary process management items for each process step to realize device characteristics and set up high-precision measurement conditions.
• Use AOI to detect early device appearance abnormalities during new process development and provide feedback to related processes, implementing countermeasures to improve process completion rates.
• Select and establish new measurement devices and AOI to improve device characteristic management accuracy, and apply to production.
• Propose and select efficient software for AOI and Metrology, as well as handle system delivery.

Collaborate closely with other process development members and departments to resolve various technical issues.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as an AOI or Metrology process engineer in the RF filter or semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography, dry etching, metal deposition, insulation film deposition, wet processing, CMP, inspection, etc.) and semiconductor devices.
• Basic business IT skills, including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in building and optimizing semiconductor process flows, including establishing measurement methods.
• Experience in bringing new semiconductor processes and products to production.
• Experience as a project leader, team leader, or module leader in semiconductor devices.
• Experience promoting quality improvement activities in semiconductor devices.
• Clean room work experience and handling various measurements (CD-SEM, film thickness measurement, etc.).
• Experience using various analysis tools, such as Exensio and JMP.
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication in English.
