Integrated Process Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Process Engineer to join our team at Skyworks. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for integrating new process technologies from development to mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement standardized test modules for new technology integration.
• Design and develop mask sets for evaluation purposes.
• Collaborate closely with design and research development teams to build and evaluate test modules.
• Implement evaluation and testing, and set specifications based on results.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: 5+ years of experience as a BAW or semiconductor integration/process engineer.
• Mandatory: Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography, dry etching, metal deposition, dielectric deposition, wet processing, CMP, inspection) and devices.
• Mandatory: Basic business IT skills in Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Desirable: Experience in building and optimizing process flows (including measurement methods), process structure design, particularly TEG design.
• Desirable: Experience in introducing new processes and products into mass production.
• Desirable: Clean room work experience and handling various measurements (CD-SEM, film thickness measurement).
• Desirable: Experience using analysis tools such as Exensio and JMP for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English both written and verbally.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
