経理・財務のお仕事です。

【具体的には】

●全国35店舗の仕入や売上集計、諸経費の精算など経理業務全般

・会計ソフトを使用しての仕訳業務

・経理書類・帳簿類の作成

・経費などの諸経費精算

・決算書作成など、会計事務所との折衝

・入金確認・振込業務

・給与計算(年末調整や法定調書作成を含む)

他、経理事務に付帯する業務全般

◆部署構成について◆

経理担当者としては1名体制となりますが

人事部(労務含め)との連携も多く安心です。

現場のスタッフとのやり取りも多いですが

全ての部署との関わり、サポートがある環境です。

◆入社後のフロー◆

入社後は、現経理責任者と約2ヶ月間かけて、

業務の引き継ぎを行います。

経理部門は現在2名体制ですが

業務内容を見直し・整理しながら

すすめられたらと思います。

これまでのご経験や習得状況に応じて

まずは無理なく業務に慣れていただけるよう

段階的にお任せしていきます。

責任あるポジションではありますが

引継ぎ期間中はしっかりとサポート。

求める人材:

○必須条件

・経理の実務経験がある方(目安:3年以上)

・専門学校・短大卒業以上の方

○下記経験がある方歓迎いたします

・簿記2級以上、又は同等知識のある方

・50人以上の企業規模で経理の実務経験をお持ちの方

・スピード感をもって業務に取り組める方

・人とコミュニケーションをとることが好きな方

・ブランクのある方も可

・業種未経験者も歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

(休憩時間 1時間00分)

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

※一部土曜日出勤日あり(年6回程度)

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥61,500〜¥79,100(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
