【募集背景

・業務内容】 デジタル庁では「誰一人取り残されない、人に優しいデジタル化を。」をミッションに、マイナンバーカードやマイナポータルに代表される国民向け

・事業者向けサービスや、各省庁や自治体の施策を支えるITインフラ整備、アナログ規制の見直しのような法整備など、様々な施策やサービスを行っています。

デジタル庁が所管する行政に関し、標準的な官職として係長級に該当する職制上の段階に属する官職のうち、政策の企画

・立案、または調査

・研究に関する業務を職務とし、民間企業における実務経験その他これに類するご経験を活かしていただけるポジションです。

(以下業務例)

・総務、人事、会計領域を中心としたバックオフィスの各専門領域での円滑な業務遂行

・デジタル庁が開発するプロダクト提供にあたっての課題整理/解決方策に係るマネジメント

・デジタル庁が所管する法令や制度に関する企画業務や調整業務、解釈の問い合わせ対応、法改正に係る関係者等との連絡

・調整

・政策実行に向けた意思決定のための会議体の企画や運営、意見調整 など

【採用予定人数】 複数名

【選考プロセス】 ①第1次選考

・書類選考

・小論文試験 ②第2次選考

・適性検査(基礎能力、パーソナリティを測る試験。ウェブテストを予定) ③第3次選考

・面接試験複数回(人柄、対人能力等についての試験)

③小論文 これまでのあなたの業務等経験がデジタル庁の各種施策や組織設計においてどのように役立つか、各種施策の具体的な内容やデジタル庁の組織の特徴(またその課題)などにも触れながら、論述してください。(2000字以内)(指定様式) ※応募時の「その他のファイル」でファイルをアップロードして下さい。

【応募資格】 応募時において、大学等(短期大学を除く。)を卒業した日又は大学院の課程等を修了後、勤務した経験が概ね4年(最低3年)を経過した者

※応募資格について、当該資格を満たしているかどうかを確認するため、最終合格者の方には勤務証明書等をご提出いただきます。勤務証明書等が提出できない期間は、職務経験に通算されませんのでご注意ください。また、勤務証明書等を提出できない場合又は虚偽の記載がなされている勤務証明書等の提出があった場合には、採用内定を取り消す場合があります。

なお、以下に該当する者は応募できませんので、予めご了承ください。

・日本国籍を有しない者

・国家公務員法第38条の規定により国家公務員になることができない者 (a)禁固以上の刑に処せられ、その執行を終わるまで又は執行を受けることが無くなるまでの者 (b)懲戒免職の処分を受け、当該処分の日から2年を経過しない者 (c)日本国憲法施行の日以後において、日本国憲法又はその下に成立した政府を暴力で破壊することを主張する政党その他の団体を結成し、又はこれに加入した者

・平成11年改正前の民法の規定による準禁治産の宣告を受けている者(心神耗弱を原因とするもの以外)

・採用予定時期までに国家公務員法第81条の6(定年による退職)に定める定年に該当する者(2025年度における定年年齢は62歳)

Working Conditions

Salary採用時の俸給月額は、採用者の経験年数と同程度の経験年数を有する国家公務員採用総合職試験(大卒)又は国家公務員採用Ⅰ種試験 により採用された職員が受ける俸給月額との均衡を考慮して決定。

(係長級の場合) 本府省係長級(行(一)3級 月額335,860 円から)

Job Typeデジタル庁職員 ※身分は常勤の一般職国家公務員となります。

Work hours【勤務時間】 9:30~18:15(実働7時間45分|休憩1時間)

【休日】 原則として土

・日曜日及び祝日 ※休暇には、年20日の年次休暇(4月1日採用の場合、採用の年は15日。残日数は20日を限度として翌年に繰越し)のほか、病気休暇、特別休暇(夏季、結婚、出産、忌引、ボランティア等)、介護休暇等があります。

【その他】 採用者にあっては国家公務員法の適用を受けます。
