仕事内容:
お客様のITインフラにおけるご要望や課題に対して、導入のメリットやリスク・コスト・利用シーンなどを考慮しながら、
最適なITインフラを設計・構築し、保守・運用をサポートいたします。
・既存のお客様への提案/新規開拓営業
・エンジニアのフォローと管理
・エンジニアのPJ参画提案からシステム提案
ゆくゆくは
・新規インフラサービス企画と推進(2年後程度を想定しています)

○大手企業の営業として
・戦略作りと受注UPに向けた活動
(まずは現状のプロジェクトを把握して頂き、既存プロジェクト拡大に向けた提案から商談の実施等を担当します。)
・SES提案(人材提案)
※一括請負案件は社内技術メンバー(エンジニア)と連携をしながら進めます。
○新規営業
お客様のニーズとITトレンドの動向を把握し、新しいサービス企画などへ携わって頂きます。
DMの反響や顧客紹介などの問い合わせからのご提案がメインです。

・営業のご経験がある方(商談⇒受注迄のフェーズの経験がある方を想定しています。)
※業界経験は問いませんが、ITに関する多少の知識は必須となるため、ITに興味があり、入社後に覚えていく意気込みのある方
勤務時間・曜日:
10:00~18:30
実働7.5時間/休憩1時間 ※プロジェクトにより、シフト勤務の場合や時間が異なる場合があります。
平均残業時間:月平均20時間
拠点は大阪、ベトナムにありますが、転勤出張はありません。

※基本的にありませんがもし土日祝に出社した場合、振替休暇を取得いただきます。夜間作業はありません。
給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥233,928以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥57,738(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
