【事業・組織構成の概要】

■損害保険会社向けのインフラ構築

大手損害保険会社の業務を支える基幹システムをはじめ、InsurTechの最先端技術を用いた様々な開発を行っております。

配属先部門は担当業務に応じて4つのグループがあり、中小規模のシステムから大規模のシステムまで様々あります。

【職務内容】

損害保険会社様向けのDXを助けるための金融機関向けインフラ環境の構築を担当いただきます。

・インフラ環境はオンプレミス物理・オンプレミス仮想化、クラウド(AWS,Azure)と様々です。

・インフラソリューションとして扱う対象は、OA・シンクラ関連システム、基幹業務システム、AI/データ利活用向けシステムなど様々です。

・インフラ環境構築において、リーダのもとで要件定義、設計、テストなど、一通りの構築作業を担務いただきます。

・構築作業の中で、お客様とのコミュニケーションの中でシステム設計を進めていただきます。

・経験に応じて、5名程度のチームリーダにアサインされる場合もあります。

応募資格 / Qualifications
主任の場合

【MUST】

・システム開発で設計、構築、テスト、保守などの経験

・複数のチームでのリーダー、サブリーダー経験あり

・ AWSまたはLinuxのいずれかを利用したシステムの基本設計〜システムテストの全工程に携わった経験

【WANT】

・特に金融に関する業界知識(銀行・損害保険など)をお持ちの方、最先端技術に対する学習意欲の高い方を歓迎します。

プロフェッショナル(課長相当)の場合

【MUST】

・システム開発で設計、構築、テスト、保守などの経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・ AWSまたはLinuxのいずれかを利用したシステムの基本設計〜システムテストの全工程に携わった経験

【WANT】

・特に金融に関する業界知識(銀行・損害保険など)をお持ちの方、最先端技術に対する学習意欲の高い方を歓迎します。

【想定報酬】

主任の場合

・年収680万〜930万円程度

・月給44万〜61万円程度(月額基本給35万〜49万円程度を含む)

※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による

プロフェッショナル(課長相当)の場合

・年収930万〜1200万円程度

・月給58万〜80万円程度(月額基本給58万〜80万円程度を含む)

※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による
