経営の内側に入り込み、企業価値向上を担うプロフェッショナルとしての選択に挑戦してみませんか?

本プログラムでは、クライアント企業先の役員、IR部長または部長候補としての役割(外部プロフェッショナル)を担っていくことを目指していただきます。

経営判断に近いテーマで、短期から中長期にわたる企業価値向上の取り組みに継続的に関与していただくことを想定しています。

<入社直後の流れ>

入社直後は、弊社のコンサルタントとして案件にジョインしていただき、その後弊社紹介により取引先役員として転籍をしていただきます。

また、業務領域については、参画先企業やご本人のご経験
•専門性に応じて設計します。

必須スキル

  • 応募資格

以下いずれかに従事した経験をお持ちの方

・広報IRに関する実務経験3年以上

・事業会社での広報IRに関する実務経験3年以上

・大手コンサルティングファームでのコンサルティング業務経験

・投資銀行フロント業務経験

・銀行
•証券
•運用会社での営業経験

・大手事業会社での法人営業経験

  • 必須スキル

・クライアントの事業を理解し、課題解決を推進できる論理的思考能力と問題解決能力のある方

・クライアントのCEO
•CFO、IR責任者とコミュニケーションを取り、合意を得る調整能力のある方

・2-4名以上のPL、もしくは8-10名以上のPM経験をお持ちの方

・PowerPointやExcel資料、ドキュメンテーション作成スキルのある方

・会計
•財務関連知識のある方
