Job Title: Partner Sales Representative for Commercial Accounts
At Red Hat, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our commercial accounts team as a Partner Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth in strategic and high-growth commercial accounts through the sale of Red Hat solutions and services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell Red Hat solutions and services to new customers and existing partners.
- Work closely with account managers and relevant partners to create and execute account plans that promote Red Hat's diverse strategies.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new customer opportunities and key personas.
- Partner with pre-sales to provide technical product information and conduct proposal activities.
- Utilize enterprise CRM tools to manage sales forecasts, support partner transactions, and track customer opportunities.
- Generate leads and develop new business relationships within assigned industries and customer segments.
- Develop, execute, and improve solution designs tailored to assigned industries and customers.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in high-touch or partner sales or equivalent experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with proven experience building relationships at the engineering, business, and executive levels.
- Understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Proven experience managing sales pipelines, creating sales forecasts, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience executing strategies with partners.
- Knowledge of enterprise solutions and architectures.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication at internal meetings).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain creative thinking.
- Prior experience designing and proposing Red Hat OpenShift/Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform solutions is a plus.
- Prior experience proposing and building AI-based business systems is a plus.
- Prior experience working with major system integrators or having a strong network is a plus.
- Prior experience selling complex, highly technical solutions is a plus.
