【仕事内容】

本ポジションではプロジェクトマネージャとして、新サービスの案件化後のプロジェクト推進等を担っていただきます。

具体的には、各フェーズで以下業務をご経験に応じてお任せいたします。

<お任せする業務の例>

■プロジェクト計画:プロジェクトリスク洗い出しや対策検討、プロジェクト計画書作成

■要求分析/要件定義:お客様打ち合わせによる課題深掘、ドキュメントへの落とし込み

■システム設計:技術選定・アーキテクチャ設計、設計書の作成・レビュー

■実装/テスト:仕様調整、コードレビュー、パートナーとりまとめ

■エンハンスメント:アプリケーション保守、お問い合わせ対応

【求める人材】

[必須要件※以下いずれかのご経験]

■金融機関(銀行/証券/保険等)、または官公庁向けシステム開発において、要件定義、設計、開発の一連のご経験をお持ちの方で、プロジェクトマネージャとしてのご経験をお持ちの方 または、

■お客様と直接応対するシステム開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験 または、

■ステークホルダ(顧客、BP等)マネジメント経験

[歓迎要件]

□業務知見/マネジメント力と技術力の両面を高めたい方

□金融機関のフロント・バックエンドサービスの開発経験

□Javaでのプロジェクト経験

※一連の開発フローの経験があると良いが、コードはかけなくても良い

□情報処理技術者試験(PM)、PMP、ITサービスマネージャ、ITIL Expert相当保有者は歓迎

【給与】

930万円~1600万円

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 ※メンバー職はフレックスタイム制を適用(コアタイム10:00~15:00、1日7:30労働)
