仕事内容
◆三菱重工が成長戦略として取り組むエナジートランジション事業を推進する部門として新設した「GX(Green Transformation)セグメント」にて、交通システム / サービス事業の設計職、プロジェクトマネジメント職をご担当いただきます。

交通システム / サービス事業 における、

・O&M(運用と保守)計画、実行支援業務

・O&M(運用と保守)における作業効率化・高度化検討

・システム更新・改造・増強商談の技術提案や契約交渉などの受注活動取り纏め

・システム更新・改造・増強案件受注後のプロジェクト推進業務

などのサービス事業全般に関わる幅広い業務をご担当いただきます。

現在、アジア、北米、中東の各地でO&M・サービス事業を展開しており、海外現地への出張、多国籍メンバーとの調整など、グローバルに活躍の機会があります。

求める能力・経験・資格
【必須要件】

・お客様、国内外ビジネスパートナー及び社内関係者と円滑にビジネスを遂行できるコミュニケーション力及び調整力。

・機械設計、電気設計、通信設計、または、いずれかに準ずる設計経験

【歓迎要件】

■業務経験

以下の経験があれば尚可。・交通・鉄道システム関連機器の設計経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・海外のお客様、サプライヤとの交渉・業務経験

■資格

以下の資格があれば尚可。

・PMP(プロジェクト・マネジメント・プロフェッショナル)

■語学力

・日常会話レベル
