必要な条件/経験:
学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)
経営コンサルティング、セールス オペレーション、経営戦略、投資銀行業務、ベンチャー キャピタル業務、プライベート エクイティ業務、企業アドバイザリー業務のいずれかに携わった 8 年以上の経験(修士号または博士号を取得している場合は 6 年以上の経験)。
英語と日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、この職種で求められる顧客対応をスムーズに行い、国内外のお客様やステークホルダーとやり取りできること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
SQL の経験があること。
さまざまな文化圏で、ステークホルダーと協力して業務を遂行した経験(例: 現地チーム、グローバル チーム、地域チームと連携して、地域および現地での実施を推進)。
Google プラットフォームとデバイスのプロダクトまたはパートナーに関する知識。
あらゆるレベルのさまざまなステークホルダーに効果的に働きかけてコミュニケーションを取り、変化を推進する能力。
優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション資料作成スキルを備え、捉えどころのない複雑なトピックを、聴衆の心に響くストーリーに変える能力。

グローバル パートナーシップ部門は、Google パートナーとの新たなビジネス チャンスを発掘する部門です。Google のグローバル パートナーシップ チームは、多様なパートナーと連携して、各パートナーが Google プロダクトのメリットを最大限に活かせるよう支援します。また、このチームは Google のプロダクト チームもサポートしています。プロダクト チームとのパートナーシップは、Google プロダクト(広告、Google 検索、Google アシスタント、Google マップ、Google Travel、Google ショッピング、Google Payments など)のユーザー エクスペリエンス向上に欠かせない要素です。他にも、サービスを提供するためのパートナーシップの構築、市場開拓戦略の策定、ビジネス拡大の促進を担当し、さまざまなプロダクトに携わっています。
業務内容
プラットフォームとデバイスのパートナーシップ チームのソートパートナーを務める。
P&D パートナーシップ戦略と優先事項を策定し、リーダーシップ エンゲージメント(例: CoF レビュー、年度計画、経営陣の訪問など)を推進する。また、ビジネス全体の最優先事項について、迅速な意思決定、重点的な取り組み、実践を行う。
担当地域におけるエグゼクティブ エンゲージメントとプレゼンスを主導し、明確な戦略とコミュニケーションを通じてグローバルおよび地域の優先事項を推進する。
