仕事内容
【雇い入れ直後】
賃貸管理部にてに賃貸仲介営業に携わっていただきます。
お客様へのお部屋紹介から契約まで(ルームアドバイザー)携わっていただく事を想定しています。
【具体的には】
- 自社管理物件の入居促進
- 他社管理物件の仲介依頼(訪問・電話でのアクション)
- 紹介物件のポータルサイトへの登録・掲載
※反響メインの営業スタイルです
※入社直後は、物件登録・確認作業、物件の紹介・案内・申込対応を担っていただく予定です。
まずは業務全体の流れを理解いただき、その後一人で対応できるまでOJT形式で丁寧にサポートしていきます。
※物件見学に同行する頻度:1~4件/日(土日祝は同行件数が増えますが、平日は内勤業務が多い状況です。)

給与
【月給】256,000~325,500円
※(固定残業手当含む/30H分:48,500~62,000円)
※超過分は別途支給いたします。
【年収例】3,580,000~4,910,000円
