Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc. (JASM) is a subsidiary established in Kumamoto Prefecture. TSMC is a majority shareholder of JASM, whereas Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation, Denso Corporation, and Toyota Motor Corporation are minority shareholders. JASM is TSMC's first manufacturing facility in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It was established to meet the strong global demand for semiconductors. By supporting our customers with the highest standard of specialty semiconductor technologies, JASM works to promote innovation in all Japanese industrial sectors, including automotive and image sensors, and thereby contribute to the revitalization of the Japanese economy.

業務内容

(雇入れ時)

・会社のESH実践をTSMC本社のESH方針とガイドラインに合わせる

・ESH管理システムを確立し、関連する方針と手順を構築

・新しい製造設備や施設のESHリスクアセスメントを実施

・職業病予防と健康増進のための産業衛生プログラムの実施において人事部門を支援

・該当する環境・衛生・安全(EHS)プログラムの監査を実施およびレビューし、関連する監査上の欠点に対処するための改善提案を行い、社内手順および適用される法規制の遵守を確保

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

・Align company ESH practices to TSMC HQs ESH policy and guidelines.

・Establish ESH management system and build related policies and procedures.

・Conduct ESH risk assessments for new manufacturing equipment and facilities.

・Assist HR in implementing industrial hygiene programs for occupational disease prevention and health promotion.

・Conduct and review audits of applicable EHS programs and recommend improvement to address related audit shortcomings to ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

(Scope of change)

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

必須要件

資格(学歴、スキル、証明書など)

・安全、産業衛生、ESH、環境、化学、その他関連分野の学士号以上

・ESH分野における10年以上の実務経験

・日本および現地のESH関連規制に精通

・Certified Safety Professional (CSP)またはCertified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)の資格があれば尚可

・ISO14001環境マネジメントシステムまたはISO45001安全衛生マネジメントシステムに精通していることが望ましい

・半導体製造企業またはハイテク製造企業での実務経験があることが望ましい

・多国籍チームでの業務が可能

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications;

(Education, Skills, Certificates, etc.)

・Bachelor or above degree in safety, industrial hygiene, ESH, environmental, chemical or other related fields.

・10+ years of work experience in the field of ESH.

・Familiar with Japan and local ESH related regulations.

・Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is a plus.

・Familiarity with ISO 14001 environmental management systems or ISO 45001 safety and health management systems is a plus.

・Working experience in semiconductor manufacturing company or hi-tech manufacturing company is preferred.

・Able to work with a transnational team.

グローバル半導体業界におけるIDM、シリコンファウンドリー、ファブレスデザインハウスのリーディングカンパニーでの経験があれば非常に望ましい

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with leading company of IDM, Silicon Foundry, Fabless Design House in semiconductor industry is a huge plus.

2. 就業曜日・時間 - 8:30~17:30

3. 福利厚生 - 健康保険、厚生年金、雇用保険、労働災害補償保険(労災)、個人年金プラン、退職金制度、年次有給休暇、通勤手当: 実費相当額(上限50,000円/月)、家賃手当(規定有り)

4. 休日休暇 -土日祝日休み、休暇制度:GW休暇、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇 ※会社カレンダーによる休暇制度に準ずる
