Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc. (JASM) is a subsidiary established in Kumamoto Prefecture. TSMC is a majority shareholder of JASM, whereas Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation, Denso Corporation, and Toyota Motor Corporation are minority shareholders. JASM is TSMC's first manufacturing facility in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It was established to meet the strong global demand for semiconductors. By supporting our customers with the highest standard of specialty semiconductor technologies, JASM works to promote innovation in all Japanese industrial sectors, including automotive and image sensors, and thereby contribute to the revitalization of the Japanese economy.

業務内容

(雇入れ時)

• 会社の税務コンプライアンスの報告、管理、保証、監督を行う
• 税金に関する懸念や不一致に対処するために、明確で整理された記録を維持する
• 法人所得、消費税、地方税の申告書を税理士に期限内に作成・申告し、移転価格の作業を行う
• 税法に関する最新情報を入手し、必要に応じて変更を実施する
• 税務関連の問題に関するトレーニングとガイダンスをチームに提供する
• 税務調査や税務当局からの問い合わせをサポートする
• 台湾と日本の本社FIN/ACCTチームと協力して、ビジネスおよび戦略的イニシアチブをサポートする

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

• Manage, ensure and oversee company's tax compliance and reporting.
• Maintain clear and organized records to address any concerns or discrepancies for tax.
• Prepare and file corporate income, consumption tax, local tax returns on time with tax advisor, working on transfer pricing is required as well.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and implement changes as necessary.
• Provide training and guidance to team on tax related issues.
• Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Collaborate with HQ FIN/ACCT team in Taiwan and Japan to support business and strategic initiatives.

必須要件

• 会計または税務に関する経験があること
• J-GAAPおよびIFRSに関する知識
• 分析および問題解決スキルと詳細指向
• 双方にメリットのある結果に到達するための柔軟性
• 効果的なコミュニケーションと対人スキル、チームプレーヤーであること
• 責任を持った業務遂行ができる方
• PCスキル(Excel, PPT, Word)

Minimum Qualifications

• Accounting experience, tax related experience is preferred
• Knowledge of J-GAAP and IFRS
• Analytical and problem solving skills and detail oriented
• Be flexible to reach win-win results
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill, team player
• To be able to responsibly complete tasks on time
• PC skills (Excel, PPT, Word)

• 日常会話レベルの英語力をお持ちの方
• 会計事務所での経験

Preferred Qualifications

• Good in English will be a plus
• Experience in Accounting firms

2. 就業曜日・時間 - 8:30~17:30
