求人内容

認証事業部のスケジューラーとして審査スケジューリング並びに稼働率向上の為、以下の業務をご担当頂きます。

・審査時期および審査員専門性に基づく審査員選定

・審査スケジュールに関する顧客担当窓口、セールス、審査員との調整

・基幹データベースへの入力業務

・審査員稼働に関する集計および稼働率向上の施策の実行

国際規格ISO の認証取得には第三者である認証機関による審査が必要です。SGS はグローバル No1 の第三者認証機関として、国内主要産業の幅広いお客様に対して審査、監査、検証、トレーニングなどのサービスを提供しています。

本ポジションは多種多様なお客様から認証取得の申請を頂いてから、お客様の業種にマッチする審査員の選定、審査日程の調整をシステム上で行っていただくお仕事です。もちろんシステムだけでカバーができないこともございますのでその場合は審査員やほかのコーディネーター、営業担当とタイムリーにコミュニケーションと図りながら業務を行っていただきます。未経験でもチーム全体でプロとしてご活躍できるようにサポートします

・TOEIC500点以上歓迎(スコアがない方でも以下に支障がない方は歓迎いたします。)

海外グループ会社とのメール対応に必要です。会話力のある方は歓迎いたします。

【勤務条件】

想定年収:390~450万円

※ボーナス込 

※ご経験による

※部門の月平均残業は月15時間程度です。その場合の想定年収は約430~490万円

※認証業界で同業務をご経験された即戦力の方の待遇は想定年収の上限以上も応相談と致します。ご相談ください。

月収内訳:30万~35万

ボーナス:年1回3月(業績による) 

給与改定:年1回4月 

試用期間:3ヶ月 

各種手当:通勤手当、残業手当(1分単位で別途支給致します)、BYOD手当(ご自身が所有しているスマートフォン・タブレットなどのスマートデバイスを業務でも使用していただきます。毎月、BYOD手当として500円を支給致します) 

就業時間:9:00~17:00(1日7時間) 休憩12:00-13:00 

※フレックス制度有(コアタイム11:00~15:00)

※在宅テレワーク制度あり

休日休暇:完全週休二日制(年間休日約120日)

慶弔休暇・ボランティア休暇・他インフル等感染症の特別休暇 

有給休暇:入社初日に付与致します。(日数は入社月によります。最高20日。時間単位有給制度あり)

定年年齢:65歳(継続雇用制度有。上限70歳)

【選考プロセス】 

①書類選考(履歴書・職務経歴書) 

②一次面接(人事+部門マネージャー ※日本語) 

③最終面接(部門Director+人事Director ※日本語)+SPI(適性検査) 

※一次面接はオンラインで実施予定です。

※最終面接前に オンラインでSPI を受験して頂きます。

※書類選考から最終選考までは約2~3 週間程度を予定しております。
