Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the USA. The Sales Manager will oversee and guide daily sales activities to drive revenue growth, build and maintain strong client relationships, and lead and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team sales goals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, preparing reports, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
  • Leadership abilities with a proven record of coaching and motivating teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales role within the industry is a plus
