地上150m、梅田の街を一望できる絶景レストラン「SINC BISTRO」。

非日常の空間で、お客様に"記憶に残る一皿"を届ける仲間を募集します。

【業務内容】

  • 調理業務全般

オープン・クローズ準備から、料理の仕込み・調理・盛り付けまで、キッチン業務全般

  • メニュー開発

イベントに合わせた料理の考案など、お客様の特別な瞬間を彩るためのメニュー開発

  • チーム連携

サービススタッフと密に連携し、円滑なレストラン運営を目指します。

年6回のメニューリニューアルでは、シェフやサービススタッフと一緒に意見を出し合い、新しい料理や盛り付けを提案する機会も多数。

高校卒以上 / 経験者のみ募集

・ジャンル問わず、何らかの調理経験がおありの方

休日休暇


週休2日制

<年間休日120日1年間の1/3がお休みです>

  • 基本土日祝休み(月9日)

※公休日は毎月チームで事前シフト相談します。

婚礼施設での営業ですので基本的に土日は休みですが、婚礼のない土日はオープンすることもあります。

  • 有給休暇(入社半年後10日付与)

交通・アクセス


JR大阪駅連絡口から直結しているので、通勤アクセスは 各線梅田駅からも通勤可能

給与詳細


※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 45万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり0円 〜 5万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※時間外手当は、"1分単位"で全額支給します

※下記の想定年収には残業代(20H/月)含みます

※経験・能力を考慮して決定します

※上記年収は業績賞与の平均値を加味して算出しています

※交通費の上限は50,000円となります

給与例


月給 210,000円 ~ 450,000円 (※想定年収 3,066,000円 ~ 5,670,000円)
