仕事内容:

■案件概要

大手企業の社内向けWebサイト・社内ポータルに関する運用・ディレクション業務をお任せします。

社内ポータルの移行に伴い、各部署と連携しながら、内容確認や進行をサポートしていただくポジションです。チームで相談しながら進められる、落ち着いた環境です。

■業務内容

・社内向けWebサイト/ポータルサイトの運用・ディレクション

・複数部署との内容確認・調整・進捗管理

・サイト構成や掲載内容に関する説明

・簡単な資料作成(PowerPoint/Excel)

・SharePointを使用した情報整理・画面更新

※SharePoint未経験でも、操作はシンプルなため問題ありません

●制作作業よりも、社内調整や進行サポート・コミュニケーションを中心とした業務です

●専門的に難しい作業はなく、無理なく取り組んでいただけます

※首都圏在住の方を想定しています

※リモート併用・週2~3出社(大手町)

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

・Webディレクターとしての実務経験(目安:2年前後)

・社内外の関係者とやり取りした経験

・PowerPointやExcelを用いた資料作成経験

・SharePointを利用したサイト運用・画面作成経験

・主体的に業務を進められる方
