児童発達支援・放課後等デイサービスにて、

お子さまの成長を支援するお仕事です。

<具体的には…>

・個別・集団での療育支援

・日常生活のサポート

・遊び・活動の見守り

・宿題や課題のサポート

・簡単な記録作業

・送迎、または添乗(※送迎できない方もOK)

<資格>

下記(1)~(4)のいずれかに該当する方

(1)保育士、児童指導員任用資格

(2)幼稚園教諭、教員免許、社会福祉士、精神保健福祉士

(3)児童福祉施設での勤務経験が2年以上の方

(4)大学の学部で、心理学、社会学、社会福祉学、教育学等を専修して卒業された方

運転免許をお持ち出ない方

送迎が苦手な方も遠慮なくご相談ください。

勤務時間・曜日:

月~土

・9:00~18:00

・10:00~19:00

(休憩60分)

月給23万円~(理美容手当5000円含む)

※経験・前職給与を最大限考慮

※昇給あり

ゆくゆく 月給28万円~ の

管理者ポジションに挑戦する道もあります。

※強制することはありません

また、経験を積み、

児童発達支援管理責任者(児発管)の要件を満たせば、

月給35万円~の児発管として働くキャリアも描けます。

まずは児童指導員として

じっくり経験を積んでいただければ大丈夫です。
