仕事内容:
Job Overview
We are looking for a land sourcing specialist with experience in the Japanese market developing ground mounted projects from scratch. Experience in negotiating with landlords, obtaining neighbors' consents, and local, prefectural, and national permits approvals for HV and SHV projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities
· Search, find and secure new lands suitable for the company targets to increase the portfolio under the company requirements.
· Manage agreements related to land acquisition, including dealing with the judicial scrivener.
· Prepare the preliminary reports such land list, location, ownership status, terrain condition. Share the information internally.
· Identify red flags and make a preliminary due diligence of critical permits and local requirements.
· Develop new partnerships and keep in contact with the company partners to receive new opportunities.
· Receive project information and organize it and keep the project control and progress.
· Cooperate with team members across different departments.

Japanese native level.
English business level.
Licensed real estate Transaction Agent (Takuchi Tatemono Torihikishi, National Qualification in Japan)
Driver's license.
勤務時間・曜日:
「フレックスタイム制」を適用し、始業および終業の時刻について本人の自主的決定に委ねる。ただし、
始業時刻につき自主的決定に委ねる時間帯:会社休日を除く日の午前7時30分から午前10時30分まで
コアタイム:午前10時30分から午後4時30分まで、
終業時刻につき自主的決定に委ねる時間帯:会社休日を除く日の午後4時30分から午後10時まで
休憩時間:午前11時から午後2時の間に1時間
