We are expanding our team in Tokyo to support a major new RPO partnership with a focus on technology recruitment.
About the Role
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly qualified technology professionals.
You will leverage your expertise in various sourcing channels and techniques to build a strong pipeline of candidates for a variety of technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a variety of technology roles.
Utilize various sourcing channels including online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events
Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions
Engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific requirements
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and talent market insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting technology professionals
Strong understanding of various technology roles and skillsets
Proven ability to utilize various sourcing channels and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English
Strong research and analytical skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
