現在ERMではプラントの安全性の向上性を確保するテクニカルセーフティ/プロセスセーフティワークショップファシリテーターを募集しています。このポジションは、プロセス安全分野における技術的支援を行うとともに、クライアントとのワークショップやリスク評価セッション(HAZOP、HAZID、SIL、Bowtie等)をファシリテーターとしてリード・運営・記録する役割を担います。技術的知見とコミュニケーション力を活かし、クライアントとの対話を通じて安全文化の醸成を支援します。

主な業務内容

  • プロセス安全関するリスク評価(HAZOP、HAZID、SIL、Bowtie、ALARP等)のファシリテーションおよび書記業務
  • クライアントとのワークショップの企画・運営・議事録作成
  • 技術資料・プレゼンテーションの作成支援
  • プロジェクトマネージャーや他コンサルタントとの連携によるプロジェクト推進
  • 国内外のクライアントとのコミュニケーション(日本語・英語)

応募資格

必須要件:

  • 化学工学、機械工学、安全工学等の理系学位
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネスレベル以上
  • 優れたコミュニケーション力とチームワーク力
  • ワークショップや会議のファシリテーション経験

歓迎要件:

  • プロセス安全分野での実務経験(10年程度ある方)
  • HAZOP等のリスク評価手法に関する知識
  • コンサルティングファームやエンジニアリング会社での勤務経験

Technical Safety / Process Safety Workshop Facilitator – ERM Japan

ERM is currently seeking a Technical Safety / Process Safety Workshop Facilitator to support the enhancement of plant safety. This role involves providing technical expertise in process safety and leading client workshops and risk assessment sessions such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, Bowtie, and more. The facilitator will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture through dialogue and collaboration with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and document risk assessments related to process safety (e.g., HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, Bowtie, ALARP)
  • Plan, lead, and record client workshops and meetings
  • Support the development of technical materials and presentations
  • Collaborate with project managers and consultants to drive project success
  • Communicate effectively with domestic and international clients in both Japanese and English

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, safety engineering, or a related technical field
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience facilitating workshops or meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of practical experience in process safety
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies such as HAZOP
  • Experience working in consulting firms or engineering companies
