高機能ガラス・セラミックス製品の製造オペレーター補助

スマートフォンや建築物に使われる特殊ガラス、または工業用セラミックス製品の製造工程を担当します。

・原料の計量・投入: 配合表に基づき、ガラスやセラミックスの原料を正確に計量し、溶解炉へ投入する補助作業。

・焼成・成形機の監視: 高温で原料を溶かし、成形する機械の温度や動作を監視し、異常をチェック。

・切断・研磨補助: 成形された製品を規定のサイズに切断したり、表面を研磨したりする機械の補助。

・製品の検査: 完成品にヒビや気泡がないか、寸法に狂いがないかを検査します。
