2026年3月、広島・宮島口に誕生するのは、

"温泉 × 文化 × 食" を軸にした滞在型ホテル

このホテルは、宿泊だけでなく、

食・空間・地域体験まで含めて

一つのストーリーとして提供するオーベルジュです。

今回募集するのは、

その運営を裏側から支える

レベニューサポート事務。

<プロジェクトについて>

客室数:34室

客室単価:¥50,000〜¥100,000

スタッフ数(予定):正社員15名+アルバイト10名

設備:レストラン/サウナ/

クラフトショップ/アドベンチャーツーリズム など

【仕事内容】

HOTEL FORK & KNIFE における

予約・料金・稼働状況を管理するポジションです。

フロント業務を軸にしながら、

日々の予約状況や売上見込みを把握し、

ホテルの収益構造を安定させる役割を担います。

レベニュー戦略そのものは本部チームが設計。

そのため、

・これからレベニュー領域に挑戦したい方

・現場理解を深めながら専門性を高めたい方

どちらも安心してスタートできます。

すでにレベニュー経験のある方には、

現場に最も近い立場で、

運営判断に関わるポジションとして活躍可能です。

<主な仕事内容>

・フロント業務全般

  • チェックイン/アウト対応、予約管理、電話・メール対応

・日次の数値チェック

  • 稼働率・ADR・売上予測の確認

・OTA運用サポート

  • 在庫、料金、プラン内容の反映・確認

運営と数字の両面を見ることで、

ホテル全体の動きが"構造として"理解できる仕事です。

求めている人材


<必須条件>

・ホテル、飲食、サービス業界での接客経験

・基本的なPC操作(Excel/スプレッドシート)

・OTA管理の実務経験をお持ちの方

・レベニュー管理、または数値管理業務の経験

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間 〜 9時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

・シフト制

・24時間3交代制 7:00~16:00、13:00~22:00、22:00~7:00

・実働8時間・休憩1時間

※残業月平均20時間程度

休日休暇


・公休 月9日(2月は8日)

※年間休日112日(公休107日+有給休暇5日)

・有給休暇(入社後半年勤務で10日間付与)

・特別休暇(入社1年後に5日付与)

・慶弔休暇

・産前産後休暇(取得者多数)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 24万8640円 〜 31万6410円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり8万1360円 〜 10万3590円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※上記には45時間分の見なし残業代が含まれます(超過分は別途支給)

※給与は前職給与やご経験により相談の上決定させて頂きます

※3か月の試用期間あり(使用期間中の給与変動の可能性基本的になし)

給与例


月給:330,000円~420,000円

想定年収:400万円~500万円

※給与はスキルやこれまでの経験を考慮して決定します
