仕事の内容


【当社のクライアントより受託した経理に関する、BPO業務の遂行】伝票処理・入出金確認・取引先マスタ登録・経費精算・支払依頼・給与支払・資金移動等の経理業務関連のオペレーションに従事頂く方を募集します。

ますはオペレーションンを習得し、その後オペレーターのサポート、その後は今後の業容拡大を踏まえ将来的にはリーダーを目指してください。

【将来的に担って頂く業務】・オペレーションの習得はもちろん、マニュアルの作成・研修・品質管理・オペレーターの指導育成・お客様企業担当者との運用調整、各種報告の実施・オペレーターが行った作業のダブルチェック・業務遂行計画の立案、進捗管理・品質向上施策の立案及び実行

必要な経験・能力等


【必須】一連の経理(会計・財務・経理)経験がある方 Excel(関数やピボットテーブル)の簡易的なデータ分析、PowerPointによる資料作成スキル

【やりがい】単純作業ではなく、すでに存在しているフローをより効率的に品質をあげていくことを目標としています。マニュアルを作ったり、チームをまとめる統制力が身につきます。

【働き方】平均残業20-30h/入社後にクライアントが変更になる可能性もございます。目標管理制度を導入、期首・期中・期末で上長と

面談を行うフォロー体制がございます。
