【業務内容】
■上場(IPO)に向けた会計体制・内部統制の強化、および実務推進力とマネジメント機能の底上げを図るために、これまで部長とメンバーレベルで業務を回していた構成を見直し、実務だけではなくマネジメントにも責任を持てる"マネージャークラス"の人材を新たに迎えたいと考えています。
【具体的には】
▽経理実務の統括・推進
■月次・四半期・年次決算の取りまとめ(試算表・仕訳レビュー等)
■債権債務、売上・仕入・経費・固定資産の計上および残高管理
■資金繰りや入出金、口座照合などの日次業務レビュー
■会計処理ルール・チェックフローの整備と実務指導
■決算スケジュールの策定と進行管理
■税理士事務所との連携・調整
▽ チームマネジメント・体制整備
■経理メンバーの業務割り振り・相談対応・進捗管理
■担当業務の可視化、リソースバランス調整
■部内ナレッジの共有促進(マニュアル整備など)
▽体制整備・改善推進(段階的にお任せ)
■経理業務の標準化・ペーパーレス化に向けた現状整理と改善提案

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■経理実務経験(3年以上)
■決算実務(仕訳から決算整理、報告書作成まで)の経験
■マネジメント経験(人数不問)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■月次決算の早期化、業務改善(効率化)への主体的な関与経験
■J-SOX対応や内部統制ドキュメントの整備経験
■会計システム・ワークフロー導入・運用経験
■日商簿記2級以上、公認会計士・税理士・USCPAなどの資格保持者歓迎
