■ポジションについて
Administrative Officer として、オフィスの日常業務を幅広い事務作業を通じてサポートしていただきます。
その中でも、特にカスタマーサポート顧客対応に重点を置いて業務を行っていただきます。
■Main Responsibilities
- Support local sales activities like quotations and invoicing
- Organizing in coming shipment of components from overseas or any subsidiary (import/export support).
- Responsible for Travel/visa arrangements.
- Coordinator for QA/ISO standards and regulations
- Ensure compliance to local rules and good administrative and finance practices
- Support in HR admin as in preparing the salary payment for our external payroll company
- Involved in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts
- Deliver input to the accountant for reporting timely monthly financial statements
- Support banking, tax and other financial administrative tasks In this role you will report to the General Manager and will cooperate with many departments at the head office in the Netherlands

Requirements
- 学士号
- 日本の財務・税務・通関に関するルールおよび規制について明確な理解
- 5年以上のアドミ業務
- MS Office(Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)および会計ソフトなどのコンピュータプログラムの実務経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
