Hours will be 09:30 to 17:30 from Mon to Fri ( 5 days per week).
Key Responsibilities as a receptionist
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception, meeting rooms and common office areas
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support internal teams with coordination of office operations
- Handle visitor check-in procedures and security protocols
Key Responsibilities as a group secretary
- Provide secretarial support to team members
- Organize internal and external meetings (room booking, online setup)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense processing
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory for the group
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Key Responsibilities as Office Admin
- Oversee and support daily office operations
- Manage company communication (emails, phone calls, inquiries, vendors, visitors)
- Prepare, update, and organize documents, files, and internal records
- Support internal events, team activities, and office logistics
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure confidential information is handled with discretion
