\休みの日も自分で選択することが可能/

定休日は水曜日となっていますが、水曜日ともう一日は自分の希望を出して休みの日を決めることができます

なので、自分の予定などに合わせて休みの日を選択することが可能です

【お任せする仕事内容】

店舗において、顧客情報の⼊⼒、電話対応などの事務業務をメインにお任せします。

先輩のサポートのもと、少しずつできることを増やしていきましょう。

≪具体的には…≫

①顧客対応と受付

・来店や電話でのお客さまの問い合わせや予約、接客

②データ入力

・専用システムに顧客データ等の入力

③書類作成と管理

・見積書や契約書、登録書類などの作成や保管、顧客リストや売上データ管理

・社内会議資料の作成

④備品発注と管理

・パンフレットやカタログ、飲み物や事務用品などの発注や在庫管理

⑤小口現金管理

・営業部門:数十万〜数百万の金額を扱います

・サービス部門:細かい金額を扱います

アピールポイント:

<ディーラー事務の1日の流れ>

9:00〜出勤

・店舗に到着し、制服に着替えます(※オフィスカジュアルOKの店舗もございます)

9:15〜朝礼

・セールスや整備士と一緒に朝礼を行い、当日の予約や商談、イベントなどの連絡事項を確認します。

9:30〜開店準備

・パソコンを起動し、前日の売上や顧客データなどをチェックします。

・電話やメールでの問い合わせや予約も受け付けます。

・営業部門は、書類作成や注文書等のデータ入力も行います。

10:00〜開店

・見積書や契約書、登録書類などの作成や保管を行います。

12:00〜昼休憩

・スタッフと交代で昼休憩を取ります。

13:00〜備品発注と管理

・パンフレットやカタログ、飲み物や事務用品などの発注や在庫管理を行います。

・不足しているものがあれば、メーカーや卸業者に連絡して発注します。

14:00〜イベント準備と運営

・試乗会などのイベントに関する準備や運営を行います。

・チラシやポスターの作成や配布、会場の設営や片付け、来場者の対応などをします。

16:00〜翌日の準備

・受付フォロー、電話やメール対応、翌日の準備を行います。

17:30〜閉店準備

・パソコンをシャットダウンし、当日の売上や顧客データなどをレポートにまとめます。

・電話やメールでの問い合わせや予約も終了します。

18:00〜閉店

・閉店時間になったらレジを締め、勤務終了です。

月給 20万300円~
