\\金融機関の事務経験がある方大歓迎//

私たちは県内の歯科医師とその関係者のために設立した、歯科医業専門の金融機関です。

これまで、歯科医師の身近なパートナーとして、開業に向けたサポートや経営アドバイス等のほか、教育ローンなどライフプランのサポートも行ってまいりました。

一般的な銀行等とは違い、主なお客さまは神奈川県内の歯科医師とその家族、関係者であるため、接していただくお客さまは長くお付き合いのある方がメインとなります。

✓年間休日120日&5日間の連続休暇

✓残業少なめ多くて月5時間ほど

✓転居を伴う転勤なし安定勤務可能

※配置転換有(平塚支店・横浜本部)

【仕事内容】

ご来店されたお客さまに対するご対応、窓口や後方の事務業務(電話対応を含む)、預金・融資業務に関する金融事務全般をお任せします。投資信託や保険の販売などはありません。

・開閉店作業、締上げ作業

・口座開設のお手続き

・口座からの入出金、税金等支払手続き

・振込手続き

・住所等届出事項の変更手続き

・カード・通帳喪失再発行などの手続き

・相続手続き

・融資契約書の作成、実行オペレーション、実行後の書類管理

・各種報告書の作成

【入社後の流れ】

金融に関する基礎知識を学べる講座をご用意しています。未経験の方もご安心ください実務については、配属先でのOJTがメインです。職員の年齢層は新卒入組の若手からベテランまで幅広く、わからないことを相談したり、教え合う風土が定着しています。

※入社後、初めは営業店に配属となりますが、その後は能力、適性に応じて本部への配属となることもあります。

※入社後、平塚支店または横浜本部への移動あり

口座開設

*11:30:昼食(60分)

※11:30~13:30の間で60分の交代制

<引き続き お客さま対応 >

*~15:00:閉店、集計業務、帰店した渉外職員のフォロー等

*~17:00:退社 お疲れ様でした

営業店内部事務の職員は、ほとんどが定時で退社しています。

残業は多い月でも5時間程度です。

【神奈川県歯科医師信用組合(しかしん)とは】

県内の歯科医師とその関係者のために設立した、歯科医業専門の金融機関となります。「相互扶助」の精神(お互いに協力して助け合う精神)のもと、協同で設立した金融機関で、組合員から預金を預かり、組合員に対して融資を行っています。 自社の利益を追求するのではなく、組合員の発展に貢献することを目的としています。

給与詳細


※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 18万7100円 〜 22万7300円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万5000円 〜 2万5000円

※月給は経験やスキルを考慮して決定します。

  • 昇給あり:年1回

  • 賞与あり:年2回(昨年度実績3.6ヵ月/年)
