プロダクション・オペレーション・スペシャリストは、安全に、品質の良い製品を、お客様の納期通りに出荷できるようにすることを目的に、麻酔器、患者モニターなどの輸入医療機器の物流と検査に関わる業務を行います。また日々の物流・検査チームのオペレーションも管理します。

【主な職務内容】
安定検査・出荷に貢献し、リーン生産方式に基づいた改善活動を通じて、安全・品質・納期・コスト・人財向上への貢献
日々の物流・検査チームのオペレーション(安全・品質・納期・コスト・人財)を管理
検査・物流プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案・実行
検査設備やIT関連の装置の操作、導入、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング
検査・物流の作業
製品のトラブルシューティング
品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加
物流・検査記録の正確な作成と管理
安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持
物流・検査プロセスの標準化、効率化への貢献
関連部門(営業、製販、ロジスティクス、品質保証、海外工場、製造部門、運送会社)との連携
【応募資格】
高専卒以上(工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい)
製造・物流現場での実務経験2年以上
製造装置の操作、メンテナンスに関する知識
品質管理に関する基本的な知識
問題解決能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢
日本語でのコミュニケーション能力(読み書き、会話)
基本的なPCスキル(Microsoft Office等)
(望ましい経験)医療機器製造の経験、英語でのコミュニケーション能力
