Description
The individual in this position will be responsible for preparing the Invisalign virtual set ups from start to finish for treatments submitted to Align Technology from the customers.

カスタマー(歯科医師)からの指示に基づき、CADシステムを使用して、歯科矯正器具(クリアアライナー)を用いた治療計画を作成する。

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
コア業務について

  • The employee will be trained and must work on all the steps of the process, from the preparation of the virtual impressions, the treatment set up and the gingiva adjustment.
  • 当社が提供する研修を通して学んだ知識・経験を用いて、ソフトウェア上で印象データ、配列、歯肉の調整を行う。
  • All of these operations will be done by using the Align proprietary SW Treat, in addition to the submitting doctor's prescription and the Align internal treatment protocols.
  • 上記作業は、歯科医師の指示および当社の治療プロトコルに基づき、当社独自のTreatソフトウェアツールを用いて実施する。
  • Update and complete cases, such as complaint follow ups, reassigned cases.
  • 症例の修正、提出を行う。クレームのフォローアップ、割り当てられた症例を担当する。
  • Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote improved service and customer satisfaction and overall department improvements.
  • サービスおよび顧客満足度向上のために、手順やプロセスに改善点が見つかれば改善案を提案する。
  • The employee must show strong ability to understand orthodontic clinical concepts and have computer literacy.
  • 矯正・臨床的な知識への理解、PCを使いこなす。
  • It is expected that the employee works with high quality and in an efficient manner.
  • 品質を担保しながら効率的に業務を進める。
  • It is expected that the employee follows production requirements from their supervisors including RTT Lead in a timely manner.
  • スーパーバイザーまたはグループリーダーからの指示に従って適宜対応する

  • Meets the requirements of production standard in terms of quantity, quality & customer compliance
  • 設定された基準(症例数・品質・顧客へのコンプライアンス)を満たすように業務を遂行する。

Supervision
業務指示について

  • Normally follows established procedures on routine work requires instructions only on new assignments; Works under close supervision
  • あらかじめ定められた手順に従って業務を行い、新しいアサインメントに対しては指示を求める。スーパーバイザーまたはグループリーダーの指示に従って業務を行う。

WORK HOURS
就業時間について

  • Follow work rules specified by the Company
  • 会社の就業規則に則る勤務時間:9:00~17:45(1時間のお昼休憩または45分のお昼休憩+15分の午後休憩)※但し、現在は新型コロナへの対応のため、8:00-16:45(終了時期未定)

LANGUAGE

  • Native level fluency in Japanese
  • 【必須】日本語(読み書き、会話)
  • 英語の読み書き・会話ができれば尚良い
