仕事内容
計装エンジニア/デジタルソリューション活用による工場のDX化/在宅勤務可/東京都
【仕事内容】
デジタルソリューションの基本計画・要件定義、ソフトウェア開発に関するベンダーコントロール、社内調整、顧客協議、現地システム~IoT端末~クラウドの設計作業を担当いただきます。

【具体的には】
- クライアントの要望をヒアリング、課題の共有、機能要件の書き出し、計画作成
- 現地調査を踏まえた通信確立、システム構築
- コーディング作業を行うベンダーからの見積り入手、見積取り纏め
- 社内関係部署との調整、ベンダー進捗確認、各段階における顧客協議
- 受注前活動~受注、仕決~納入、引渡しまで幅広い業務範囲
【開発環境】
言語:java,Python,C# 等
クラウド:主にAWS
【案件例】
納入先:食品メーカー、機械製造メーカーなど
例1)工場各種設備の迅速な運転状況把握およびトラブル対応のための遠隔システム・クラウド監視サービス
例2)気象条件に合わせて排水・冷凍等の設備を効率稼働させる省エネシミュレーションサービスのクラウド化
【組織構成】
約7名 ※20代~50代まで幅広く活躍中
少数部隊のためお互いの業務量や内容を理解しながら、時には冗談を言い合いながら風通しよく働いています。
【残業時間】 月平均20-30時間程度

待遇面(給与・福利厚生など)
【年収・給与】
【想定年収】500万円~800万円(年齢例:26歳~40歳)【想定月収】31万円~50万円(年齢例:26歳~40歳)※経験・年齢・能力などを考慮のうえ、同社規定により決定します。※上記は30時間の時間外労働を想定した金額となります。※みなし残業制ではありませんので発生した分だけ時間外勤務手当をお支払いします。昇給:有り(年1回、4月)賞与:有り(年2回、6月・12月)※約2.5~3か月×2回

- 通勤手当:全額支給
- 家族手当(11000円/人)
- 住居手当:賃料の50% 支給(本人名義での賃貸契約の場合のみ)

- 帰宅交通費
30日を超える長期出張 or 転勤が生じた場合、往復交通費分の帰宅実費を支給
出張:既婚者 ]2 回/月 単身者 ]1 回/月
転勤:既婚者 ]1.5 回/月 単身者 支給なし
- 現場手当:施工管理業務従事者に対し支給
1日単位:1,500 円/日(4H/日以上の場合)
※出張の際の住居費用は全額会社負担
- 資格奨励金
「新たに」資格取得を目指す社員に対し、受験料取得奨励金を支給
支給額は難易度により上下(10,000 円~ 100,000 円/対象資格全 48 種)
