【仕事内容】
まずは、希望エリアにて同社業務を一通り習得頂して頂き、プレイングマネジャーの実績を積んでいただきます。
具体的には、個人・チームの売上・利益実績を計画通り着地させることを求めます。
後に営業実績・経験を活かし、業務フローの改善や社員教育を実施。
注文住宅事業を現在の3倍とする計画に沿って、全社的な営業力強化に一役買って頂きたいと思います。(年間400棟→1000棟へ)
【具体的な仕事の流れ】
同社ブランド規格注文住宅「クレイドルパレット」を提案。お客様へのアプローチは、Webサイトからの問い合わせや、仲介会社の紹介から始まることがほとんど。
お客様のご要望に応える企画・プランニングに集中できる環境です。
※住宅展示場での勤務ではありません。

お問い合わせはWebサイトや、仲介会社からの紹介がほとんど。土地をお持ちのお客様や、住宅の建替えを希望するお客様に対して、主にメールでやり取りを行ないます。

基本的には、既に用意されている300種類以上の間取りのパターンから、お客様にピッタリな(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
■普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
■宅建又は建築士(一級・二級)、一級建築施工管理技士のいずれか1つ保有
■注文住宅の営業経験及び、メンバーのマネジメント経験
【歓迎スキル・経験】
■施工管理や設計等、技術系のご経験も歓迎(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
