Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver scalable, high-performance backend solutions.
- Collaborate with bilingual teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication in
Japanese and English
. - Drive technical design, code reviews, and best practices for backend and API development.
Technical Skills
- Backend Development:
Strong hands-on experience with
Java 8
, RESTful API design and implementation. - Frontend Integration:
Working knowledge of
JavaScript
for seamless integration with backend services. - Database Expertise:
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries in
Oracle Database
. - API Development:
Experience in designing and managing secure, efficient APIs for enterprise applications. - Application Servers:
Hands-on experience with
WebLogic Server
for deployment and configuration. - Frameworks:
Preferably familiar with
Spring Boot
for building production-grade backend services. - Additional Skills:
Understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
