職務内容
- Understand business priorities and deliver high-quality backend services under tight schedules
- Lead backend architecture design for high-traffic web systems
- Make technical decisions considering scalability, maintainability, and long-term service growth
- Lead design, development, testing, and release of new and existing backend features
- Guide engineering teams and resolve complex technical issues
理想の人材
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead for high-traffic web systems
- 5+ years of Java backend development experience (Java + Spring Boot)
- Strong experience in REST API design, development, JUnit testing, and code reviews
- Production monitoring and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Oracle or MySQL
- Experience using Tomcat or WebLogic
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Git, Gradle
- CI/CD experience using Jenkins or similar tools
- Experience using Docker and Kubernetes in system development
- Business-level English communication skills

- Compensation: Up to ~8M JPY (depending on experience)
