【仕事内容】

社内ヘルプデスク対応の効率化を目的としたFAQ自動応答システムを構築いただきます。ChatGPT APIを用いた生成AIの活用に加え、検索精度を高めるプロンプト設計・ベクトル検索の構成にも携わっていただきます。

■ 業務内容

・FAQデータの整備と前処理

・LLM活用によるプロンプト設計/生成ロジック構築

・ベクトルデータベース連携(Pinecone/FAISSなど)

・RAG構成による検索精度向上の実装

・PoC結果の評価および改善案提案

・業務改善や問い合わせ対応領域でのAI活用経験

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00〜19:00(実働8時間程度)

※配属プロジェクトによっては異なる場合がございます
