- 仕事内容
あなたには、チームの中心メンバーとして以下の業務をお任せします。
【営業戦略】
・市場動向や事業目標を踏まえて、営業方針や戦略を策定
・顧客企業に向けてITサービス・ソリューションを提案
【チームマネジメント】
・営業メンバーの進捗管理、目標設定、成果評価
・商談への同行や指導を通じ、メンバーの成長をサポート
・モチベーション維持・向上を意識し、営業チームを活性化
【顧客構築・維持】
・顧客との信頼関係を築き、長期的なパートナーシップを形成
・顧客課題を解決し、信頼される存在に
【新規顧客開拓】
・新規案件や未開拓市場にチャレンジし、営業の幅を広げる

月給 350,000円 ~ 600,000円 (※想定年収 4,200,000円 ~ 7,200,000円)
上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
