【具体的な仕事内容】

Salesforce Financial Services Cloudを活用した金融業界向け業務基盤の運用・保守プロジェクトにおいて、安定稼働の維持、改善対応、業務定着支援を中心に担当いただきます。銀行・保険・証券などの金融業務における顧客情報・契約情報・ライフイベント管理を対象に、ユーザー部門からの要望対応や設定変更を行いながら、「現場で使われ続ける金融業務基盤」の実現を支援するポジションです。

<業務内容>

・クライアントの業務/運用課題(金融業務)のヒアリング

・Financial Services Cloudの運用・保守対応

・顧客情報・契約情報・ライフイベントデータの管理、設定変更

・Sales Cloud/Service Cloudとの連携運用・改善

・Salesforce運用・開発プロジェクトの進行管理

(Financial Services Cloud/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud 等)

・チームメンバー・外部ベンダーのタスク管理/レビュー

・ステークホルダーとの調整、品質・運用リスク管理

・運用改善・活用促進に関する提案資料の作成

・証券会社向け営業・顧客管理システムの運用定着支援

勤務時間:9:00〜18:00(フレックスあり)
