【具体的な仕事内容】
Salesforce Financial Services Cloudを中心とした金融業界向けDX導入プロジェクトにおいて、顧客の要件定義から設計、進行管理、リリースまで、上流工程を中心に一気通貫で関われるポジションです。銀行・保険・証券などの金融業務における顧客情報管理・契約管理・ライフイベント管理をSalesforce上で最適化し、顧客価値を高める業務基盤の構築を担っていただきます。
<業務内容>
・クライアントの経営/業務課題(金融業務)のヒアリング・要件整理
・Financial Services Cloud導入に向けた構想策定・要件定義
・プロジェクト計画立案・スケジュール策定
・Salesforce導入・開発プロジェクトの進行管理
(Financial Services Cloud/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud 等)
・チームメンバー・外部ベンダーのタスク管理/レビュー
・ステークホルダーとの調整、品質・納期・リスク管理
・システム提案・改善提案資料の作成
