【具体的な仕事内容】
Salesforce Experience Cloudを中心とした導入プロジェクトにおいて、顧客の要件定義から設計、進行管理、リリースまで、上流工程を中心に一気通貫で関われるポジションです。顧客向け/代理店向け/会員向けなどのポータルを軸に、単なるツール導入にとどまらず、業務改革・UX改善・DX推進の本質に向き合っていただきます。
<業務内容>
・クライアントの経営/業務課題のヒアリング・要件整理
・Experience Cloudを活用したポータル構想・要件定義
・プロジェクト計画立案・スケジュール策定
・Salesforce導入・開発プロジェクトの進行管理
(Experience Cloud/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud 等)
・チームメンバー・外部ベンダーのタスク管理/レビュー
・ステークホルダーとの調整、品質・納期・リスク管理
・システム提案・改善提案資料の作成

・製造業向け顧客・代理店ポータル(Experience Cloud+外部連携)構築
・医療業界向け会員ポータル(Experience Cloud+SSO)導入
・営業・サポート部門連携を目的としたポータル基盤構築
