水に関わる生活インフラ維持を支える総合技術職

仕事内容:

水に関わる公共インフラのメンテナンスを行ないます。今回募集する総合技術職には、排水管の清掃や点検業務をメインにお任せします。インフラを支えているサービスなので、需要はたえません。

【水に関わる様々な場所で活躍しています】

普段口にしている「水」の安全な供給に関わる浄水場、配水池。他にも上下水道や飲食店のグリストラップ(ゴミや油脂を分離する設備)、学校のプール、工業用水沈殿施設など、さまざまな場所を綺麗にします。

【具体的な仕事内容】

●清掃(メイン)

基本的には、高圧洗浄機を使って清掃します。慣れるまでは代表や先輩がコツや技術を丁寧に教えるので、未経験の方もご安心ください。

●点検

地中に埋まった下水道に、ヒビなどの劣化がないか点検します。ヒビ等の欠損があると、道路が陥没してしまうことも。そうしたトラブルを防ぐ大切な仕事です。

【仕事の流れ】

▼事前準備

前日までに当日の手順の確認や、必要な書類・道具等を準備します。現場によっては、お客様や一緒に作業する他社のスタッフと、事前に打ち合わせを行うこともあります。

▼現場作業

作業当日は、必要なものを車に乗せ、いざ現場へ。

現場に到着したら、事前に確認した手順に沿って作業を進めていきます。

▼報告書の作成

現場で撮影した写真を整理したり、現場の状況を報告書にまとめます。決まったフォーマットがあるためそれに沿って入力していけばOKです。

\現場作業に慣れてきたら、次のステップへ/

仕事の流れを理解し、現場での作業にも慣れてきたら、徐々に現場責任者としての業務やお客様との交渉といった業務など、現場作業以外のお仕事もお任せしたいと考えています。できることが増えれば、その分お給与UPにも繋がります。

清掃以外にも多様な業務があり、営業の経験をお持ちであれば営業や渉外の業務、施工管理の経験をお持ちであれば、施工計画の立案や各種書類の作成というように、 これまでの経験を活かしていくことが可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

現場施工時 7:30~17:30

内勤時    8:30~17:30

※実働時間はいずれも8時間です。

※現場により始業時間が若干異なります。例えば、6:30始業となった場合、16:30が終業時間となります。そのため、16:31以降は残業代が発生します。

※残業は1日に2時間程度です。

※夜勤が案件により発生します。案件によるため、夜勤がある月とない月があります。

多い月で4~10日程度。特に2月、5月、8月、11月は多くなる傾向にあります。

夜勤の勤務時間は現場ごとに異なります。

仮に次の勤務が日勤となる場合は、次の勤務までの休息時間を11時間以上設けるようにしていますので、きちんと休息を取った上で次の勤務に入ることができます。

例)水曜日19:30~25:00(翌1:00)勤務 ⇒ 次の勤務は、木曜日13:00~17:30勤務

※このような場合、午後半有休を取得して趣味や家族の時間とする先輩社員も。夜勤の終了時刻によって、次の勤務については判断していきます。

休暇・休日:

■完全週休2日制(土・日・祝日)

└祝日がある週は、土曜日が出勤日になります。

└繁忙期の10~2月は、休日出勤の可能性あり。休日に出勤した場合は振替休日を取得できます。

※内勤の日以外は、神奈川県横浜市磯子区栗木 JR京浜東北線・根岸線「洋光台駅」より徒歩19分・車で7分)に出社していただきます。こちらに高圧洗浄車などが駐車されています。

アクセス:

横浜市営地下鉄ブルーライン「港南中央駅」より徒歩18分・車で6分

◎車通勤OK。無料の駐車場もあります。

給与:

月給25万円~27万円+賞与年2回+時間外手当(100%支給)

※年齢・能力などを考慮して決定します。

【月収例】

<例1:普通自動車免許をお持ちの場合>

基本給(25万円)+資格手当(1,000円)+残業20H分

= 28万7925円(入社1年目/未経験)

<例2:中型自動車免許を取得、営業や渉外の業務対応も可能な場合>

基本給(25万円)+資格手当(1万円)+職務手当(6,000円)+残業20H分

=30万5125円(入社2年目/未経験)
