仕事概要


【業務内容】 人事担当として採用、人事制度、研修/教育等に関わっていただきます。 企画立案から実行までご担当いただく想定です。 【業務詳細】 採用 ・新卒採用もしくは中途採用の企画立案/実行 ※経験/希望を考慮の上で主業務を決定 教育・研修 ・新人研修の企画立案・実行 ・マネージャー向け研修の企画立案・実行 人事企画/制度設計 ・人事制度の構築・運用 ・オンボーディング施策の企画・運用 ・組織活性化(経営層と従業員との意思疎通支援、働きやすい環境整備)

必須スキル

  • 必須 ・基本的なPCスキル(Word,Excel,Powerpoint) ・業務上のコミュニケーションを円滑に行えるレベルの日本語能力(JLPT N1相当)

歓迎スキル

  • 歓迎 ・ゲーム/IT/Web業界での経験 ・企業人事としての採用実務経験(新卒/中途どちらでも可) ・人材エージェントとしての実務経験(CA/RAどちらでも可)

求める人物像

応募概要


給与

年収 ・3,900,000円~6,600,000円 ※年齢、経験、能力を考慮のうえ、規定により決定 月収 ・325,000円~550,000円 基本給:248,809円~421,062円 固定残業代(40時間):76,191円~128,938円 補足 ・年俸制:月額×12か月 ・昇給:年1回(8月)
