仕事内容:

綺麗な健診センターで、健診事務をお願いします。

健康診断の受付窓口で利用者の対応をメインにお任せします。

健診受診者の書類の確認、保険証・検査内容の確認、検体の回収、窓口での対応が終わると健診の流れや施設の説明をしていただきます。

その他、料金の精算対応や電話対応、検査終了時の確認なども発生します。

ルーティン業務が多いので慣れたらスムーズにこなすことができ、長く続けられます

医療業界の経験は不問、未経験の方も大歓迎

・健康診断の受付対応:検査項目・保険証の確認、会計確認

・健診フロアの案内:検査室、更衣室、トイレなど施設の案内)

・検体回収

・利用者対応

・データ入力(システム使用)

・会計対応(基本、自動精算機での対応ですが、一部窓口対応もあり)

・電話対応(件数は多くありません)
