募集ポジション:土木建築施工・現場作業員

神奈川県や川崎市の公共案件、および民間企業から受注した建設・土木工事の現場業務を担当します。

主な業務内容:

・現場での施工実務(3〜4名のチーム制)

・資材の運搬および準備

・現場責任者の指示に基づく作業推進

・社用車を用いた現場への移動

業務の特徴:

・水道、下水工事は含まれません。

・現場の約8割が川崎市内であり、移動負担が少ない環境です。

・職長経験がある方は優遇いたします。

・転勤や出張は一切発生しません。

求める人物像:

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

・中型免許や施工管理資格をお持ちの方(歓迎)

・未経験、異業種から転職を検討されている方

・ブランクがあるが現場仕事に復帰したい方

・地元で安定して長く働きたい方

入社後のサポート:

・国家資格(土木・建築施工管理技士)の取得費用を全額会社負担。

・社用車、携帯電話、作業着、パソコンを貸与。

基本給に加え、資格・役付・勤続・現場・通勤などの諸手当が充実しており、頑張りが給与に直結します。 30代で400〜500万円、40代で500〜600万円など、年齢や経験に応じた年収例も提示されています。

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

・中型免許保持者、施工管理資格者、現場責任者(職長)経験者は優遇

・数千万円〜億単位の予算を管理する責任感を持ち、急な調整にも柔軟に対応できる方

・平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日〜22日 ※ホームページ上の全社的な勤務時間表記は8:00~18:00となっております。
