新規事業立ち上げメンバー募集 Googleマップ集客支援で地域ビジネスを変える

今、飲食・美容・医療などローカルビジネスの集客はWebが主流。Googleマップを活用したMEO(Map Engine Optimization)支援は、コロナ以降ニーズが急増し、特に中小店舗や地域医療・介護など社会貢献性の高い分野で大きな注目を集めています。

あなたには、クライアントのGoogleビジネスプロフィール運用や上位表示施策の提案を通じて、店舗ビジネスの集客課題を解決する営業メンバーとしてご活躍いただきます。飲食店・美容室・クリニックなどのオーナー様にアプローチし、課題ヒアリング・改善提案・プラン設計、社内ディレクターと連携したコンテンツや口コミ対策の実行支援、データ分析・改善提案(レポート)など幅広く担当。

新規事業の立ち上げメンバーとして、営業手法や提案資料、サービス設計にも裁量を持って関われます。最初はテレアポ・オンライン商談が中心ですが、将来的には訪問営業や代理店開拓、業界イベント参加など多彩な営業活動に挑戦可能。成果次第で早期リーダー・マネージャー登用の実績もあり、キャリアアップを目指せる環境です。

給与:

【給与詳細】

想定年収:370万円~700万円

・給与は能力や経験を考慮し決定

・月給には固定残業代(月45時間分/6万9000円~13万100円)を含む

・超過分は別途支給

・業績連動型賞与あり(年2回/7月・12月)

・給与査定 年2回(4月・10月)

・試用期間6ヵ月(条件変更なし、有期契約/3ヵ月ごと更新)

・試用期間終了時の正社員転換率95%以上(2024年度実績)

・未経験(元アパレル店長)から1年目で女性リーダー昇格、3年目でマネージャーへ

・新卒1年目でチームリーダー、2年目でマネージャー候補
