仕事内容:

Learning for Allでは、「子どもの貧困に、本質的解決を。」のミッションを掲げ、「一人に寄り添う」「仕組みを広げる」「社会を動かす」という3つの事業を柱として、子どもの貧困問題に取り組んでいます。

コロナ禍以降、子ども達が抱える様々な困難に注目が集まるようになり、子ども支援領域におけるデータベース活用・こども家庭庁の創設等、国政の動きも活発化しています。

LFAではそういった政策の動向も鑑み、2022年度より、兵庫県尼崎市にて居場所拠点を開設しました。

地域協働型子ども包括支援として自治体・学校・地域とともに「子どもの安心・安全な居場所づくり」「一人ひとりに寄り添った子どもたちの挑戦・学びの応援」を通じて子どもたちを育んでいくことに加え、これまで以上に、自治体との官民連携を強化し、困難を抱える子どもと繋がり、支援団体間での連携体制の構築に対する取組みを行っています。

本ポジションでは、困難を抱える子どもと向き合い、自治体・他機関との密な連携を通じて、地域における子ども支援の連携体制の構築を推進していくスペシャリスト(ソーシャルワーカー)を募集しています。

子どもの居場所づくりをしながら、他機関連携を行い、子どもたちが制度の狭間にこぼれ落ちてしまう前に、支援につなげ、すべての子どもたちが必要な支援につながることができる地域をつくっていくことがミッションです。

【業務の一例(雇入れ直後)】

1) 居場所拠点を利用する子ども・世帯のケースワーク

・居場所拠点における子どもの支援(遊び、食事などを共にする)

・子どもおよび保護者との定期的な面談対応

・子どもおよび保護者からの突発的な相談対応

・上記支援を通じた情報を基にした子ども・世帯に対する支援計画、コミュニケーションプランの立案、実行

2)ケースワークにおける他機関との連携

・関係機関との定常的なコミュニケーション

・非常時における他機関との連携

・自治体・他機関とのケース会議への参加

・地域の有識者への協力要請、会合などへの参加

※週3日(火・水・木)は居場所拠点の運営、週2日(月・金)はケース会議や関係機関との連携・オフィスワーク等に従事いただく想定です

※必要に応じて関係諸機関を行き来していただきます

※状況に応じて拠点運営時間外で対応いただく一部業務(ミーティング参加や資料作成等)のリモートワークが可能です

求める人材:

【必須(MUST)】

以下両方のご経験をお持ちの方

・対人支援のご経験(目安2年以上、子ども支援に限らず、対人支援のご経験可)

・行政、教育機関、福祉施設、NPO等との連携業務の経験

【歓迎(WANT)】

・子ども支援のご経験

・社会福祉士または精神保健福祉士の資格を取得済み、あるいは取得予定でソーシャルワークの専門性をお持ちの方

・困難を抱える子どもや家庭への支援に関心があり、チームで協働して業務に取り組める方

【その他】

勤務時間・曜日:

週3日居場所拠点の運営、週2日はケース会議、他機関連携やオフィスワークに従事いただく想定です。

<事務作業・オフィスワーク日(月・金 )>

10:00~19:00(休憩1時間を含む)

※業務委託契約の場合、拠点運営日の火・水・木曜日に稼働できる方を歓迎します

【フレックスタイム制】

標準労働時間…1日8時間

コアタイム…11:00~16:00

※拠点運営の都合上、拠点運営日はコアタイムの11時以降での勤務開始も可としています

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥340,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥29,371〜¥35,664(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収392万円〜476万円(月給 280,000円 〜 340,000円+賞与2ヶ月分/年)

※月給には基本給(250,629円〜304,336円)、15時間分の固定残業手当(29,371円〜35,664円)を含みます。

※15時間を超える時間外労働分は法定通り追加で支給します(平均残業時間は10時間未満です)

※給与はご経験・スキル・選考を通じての評価等を考慮のうえ決定いたします
