受発注、配送管理、経理など、幅広い業務を担う事務スタッフです。

あなたの事務スキルを活かし、会社の円滑な運営を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。

仕事内容:

・受発注業務:お客様からの注文受付、確認、処理

・配送管理業務:配送計画の作成、車両手配、ドライバーとの連携

・顧客対応:電話やメールでの問い合わせ対応、顧客情報管理

・経理・総務業務:売上処理、請求書発行、経費精算、備品管理など

・安全管理・法令遵守:各種書類作成、安全に関する業務

ある日の1日の流れ

8:00 出社、メールチェック、受発注業務の確認

9:00 顧客からの問い合わせ対応、顧客情報更新

10:00 経理業務(売上処理、請求書発行など)

12:00 昼食休憩

13:00 安全管理に関する書類作成、翌日の準備

15:00 配送計画の作成、ドライバーへの指示出し

17:00 退社

(1)9:00~17:45

〇時間外労働:平均35時間程度/月

〇前月の15日までに希望休届を提出してもらい、翌月のシフトを決定します

給与:

〇月給23万円~

(各種手当を含む)

〇年収326万円~

〇昇給:1回/年(4月)

〇賞与:2回/年(6月、12月)
